General Counseling Services

All counseling services are currently available in person or via telehealth for your convenience. Individual and couple counseling are available. The following list represents just some of the areas in which I have extensive experience. If your specific circumstances are not noted below, reach out anyway! If I don’t have experience with your particular situation I can help you get in touch with someone who does.

• Trauma informed/trauma specific counseling for PTSD, including complex PTSD and dissociative disorders.

• Relationship issues, including non-traditional relationships.

• General life-adjustment concerns.

• Emotional Support Animal Evaluations and Documentation.

• Court-ordered mental health & substance abuse evaluation and treatment services (excluding custody-related matters).

• Substance use disorder services.

• Depression & Anxiety.

• Career Counseling.

All services are trauma-informed & gender-identity affirming. I approach counseling from a holistic, intersectional perspective.

Currently, JSC accepts Colorado Medicaid through Colorado Access and CCHA. I can provide documentation for insurance reimbursement if your plan offers out of network benefits. For mandated clients, JSC accepts correctional treatment funding, probation vouchers, and parole treatment funding. Changes in insurance/Medicaid acceptance policies will be updated here.
